Lars-Erik Olsson (Leo)
Lars-Erik Olsson (Leo) holds a PhD in Sociology and is an Associate Professor in Social Work. He has over 15 years of experience as a manager within academia, as well as more than 20 years of teaching, mentoring and lecturing. His work focuses on organisational development, leadership and supervision, with a particular interest in how organisations function in complex and demanding environments. In addition to his academic career, Leo has over 10 years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience running a restaurant and hospitality business in Kerala, India. This has given him a deep understanding of leadership, decision-making and organisational development in practice, particularly in cross-cultural settings. He also has extensive international experience from development projects in Kurdistan, Uganda and Rwanda, and has contributed to leadership training in non-profit organisations.
